Adam Osterhoff, AIA

I moved to Colorado in 2001 to play in the mountains and study architecture. While attending the CU Boulder, I worked as a carpenter's apprentice to learn how to build. Pounding nails while studying architecture was the best education I could have. Since 2005 I have operated Heartwood Studio as a way to support architects, builders, and homeowners by providing a wide range of services tailored to individual needs and budgets. While I have worked on projects throughout Colorado, and as far as Columbia, most of my work is right here in Boulder. The design studio is run out of a 100-year old cabin in the County, close enough to the City, but closer to the mountains. When I'm not working, I can be found hiking, climbing, and skiing around the Front Range and beyond.
